Meet the Oushana Partners
John Oushana
Originally from California, I made a solid decision in moving to Phoenix, Arizona in 2017. I am a 14+ year veteran of the real estate industry and have represented clients all over Phoenix Metropolitan and Northern California with over $250,000,000 homes sold. I have built a strong foundation of clients in this community through care, professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to always put my clients’ needs first. My large network of people and connections with multiple brokerages in multiple states has made me a successful listing agent.
I completed a degree in Human Resources at California State University while making my way into the real estate industry in 2007. With my passion in representing clients throughout their real estate decisions and experience in different types of economic markets, I will continue to leverage my know-how and interpersonal experience to exceed my clients’ expectations.
In my free time, I love to hike, enjoy attending sporting events, and listen to country and rock music. I love traveling around Northern Arizona and California’s coastal beaches with Reata.

Having lived in Arizona for 20+ years, I understand why people choose this beautiful state to call home. With a booming economy and one of the fastest-growing populations in the U.S., Arizona has ample opportunities for residential and commercial development. With my experience and knowledge of this state, I have been successful in helping people understand what the Phoenix Metropolitan offers. As I was introduced to the real estate industry by John in 2017, it sparked excitement in what it offers to families, newlyweds, college students, first time homebuyers, and the endless possibilities for investors.
I completed my Bachelor’s Degree in English at Arizona State University and Master’s Degree in Administration from Northern Arizona University. Along with my problem-solving, attention to detail, and follow-up skill sets, I bring many years of management, operations, and organization experience to every transaction. What I look forward to with every meeting is to bring you closer to achieving your real estate goals.
In my free time, I love to read books, explore Arizona, enjoy all sorts of music and movies. If there is anything in the world that brings me joy, it’s being surrounded by loved ones.
